Tax exemption status: LokPrerana Foundation holds provisional registration under Section 332(8) and provisional approval under Section 354(4) of the Income-tax Act (equivalent to erstwhile Section 12A and Section 80G registrations), valid for Tax Years 2026-27 to 2028-29. We will update donors if and when this status transitions to regular registration.

Foreign contributions: LokPrerana Foundation is not currently registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA). We are therefore currently unable to accept donations or contributions originating from outside India. We will update this policy if that changes.
